Artist's Note: My favorite color combination is red accented with black. Once you start looking, there are so many species in nature that feature these sharp colors. Look how chic the Macaroni Penguin looks dancing on the atolls of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. In order to present these wonderful characters, I put them on a melted butter field. Then I added sharp accents of red, gold and black to frame and balance the drama. Wait until you set your table! -Lynn Chase
